Your personal data will be collected when you use:
• Seatlio Website
• Seatlio mobile phone application

Please note that we collect only personal information/data needed for usage of Seatlio services, without collection of such data it wouldn’t be possible to use Seatlio services. The following personal information/data might be collected:
1. Basic information regarding your identity – name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth
2. Data regarding the activity of your account such as your requests to the Service providers i.e. Clients for reservation of certain services

This information might be collected at times when you are creating/using your Seatlio account, e.g. when:
• you register for Seatlio account,
• you change any of your personal information,
• you communicate with us or with the Clients through the Seatlio Website/App
• fill any kind of form,
• when you visit Seatlio Website/App.

It is important to know that we collect information or data only on valid legal basis such as:
• Contract – Seatlio provides services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which present a binding contract concluded between you and Seatlio;
• Legal obligations – Seatlio will collect information or data also when such collection is prescribed by the national law;
• Legitimate interest – if Seatlio will have a legitimate interest, your information/data might be collected on this legal basis as well;
• User consent – shall you provide us with your consent we will collect your information/data on this legal basis only in certain situations;

As previously mentioned Seatlio needs certain personal information to be able to provide our services. Moreover, Seatlio, as a company, is on a mission to provide best user experience possible so we will collect information and data for further improvement of our services. Additionally, Seatlio might use your data to inform you on services/products that might be of your interest which present another reason for data collection (marketing). Lastly, Seatlio is doing business in accordance with the mandatory law for which purpose we might also collect certain information/data.

Seatlio's goal is helping users book certain services online and with ease. For this purposes we might share your personal information with the third parties, e.g. with the Service providers/Clients which will decide on your booking request.

Some service providers might request from you payment of certain money amount as a security deposit in order to book certain service. This payment will then occur through the third-party payment provider. However, Seatlio will not share any personal information with the payment provider as payment of the security deposit will only be initiated if:
1) it is a policy of a Service provider/Client to have a payment of security deposit and if
2) you accept to pay the security deposit and decides to initiate the payment through the payment provider.

In this payment process only you as the user will deliver the necessary payment information to the payment provider. The payment provider is responsible to adequately safeguard your data and Seatlio has no control nor responsibility in regards to your data/information which you have shared with the payment provider.

Third parties, Service providers/Clients or companies to which your information/data will be transferred might be located also outside European Economic Area. In such cases we will transfer your data only to the third parties which offer an adequate level of data protection. We do not intend to use any personal data collected from you for any automated decision- making process (including profiling).

To safeguard your data Seatlio uses appropriate technical measures to protect your data against any kind of manipulation, loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties or data breach.

Your data will be collected and used as long as it is necessary to continue providing our service to you, to meet our legal obligations and prevent illegal activities. However, in certain cases it might be possible that we will have to keep your data for a longer period of time in order to comply with any legal regulation.

Personal data which is no longer needed will be deleted if such deletion is permitted by the law.
